Semester 2 Begins..

Well actually the semester is not REALLY begin, like right now. We still have couple of hours till the seconds of the beginning of Semester 2. But I reckon we can assume that the semester has officially started. 

Above all, Alhamdulillah. Praise to Allah Almighty for giving us the opportunity and sustenance till we made up to this point. At most, be grateful for the Iman and Islam we are having right now.

So, how's your holidays? Good? Fill with good things and happiness..? I bet you so. Because the 3-week holidays is not a very long period of time. Thus, I believe that we have treasured it all. 

The new semester might be challenging. New lecturers and new subjects. New way of lecturing I presume. For tomorrow onwards, we should:

1. Make sure that we have prepared for any upcoming challenges ahead

2. Play more videos games and watch midnight movies

3. Ignore the above suggestion (as in number 2) if you find it not suitable

4. Play Pray hard, study hard smartly

5. Focus (at least try la kan..)

Nothing much to say. Still early to make assumption about the semester. #hehe I pray success for all of us.

footnote: The results from the previous semester is not for us to cry for and be proud of, yet it should set as a booster for us to go for a better efforts in this semester. Be thankful for whatever kind the result was. =)

Second Year Begins

Time did fly, and this time around it was damn fast. Maybe it is too cliche to say such thing as

"rasa macam baru semalam je cuti,, dah nak kene masuk UIA balik,,"

But it is indeed the thing that all of us felt.

Anyway, class will commence officially by next Monday and just so you know that we the Rx11 will continue our legacy at Auditorium. Thanks to our huge number in the pack group, we managed to win auditorium over Rx12.

Note to ourselves:

1. The classes in second year would be much tougher than our comfy first year's. Hence, we should strive harder and may also apply some sorts of plan-to-get-a-better-study-strategy.
2. Yet, too much a book may get your head bald. Study hard smartly. It will make your life more meaningful.
3. We planned many things since the last 3 months and I hope that our efforts will be blessed.
4. There are a few important things that gonna take place by this week, or maybe the following weeks, such as pre-registration, meetings for programme and such. So, plan your schedule wisely.

Nothing much to say. May be the incoming 4 months would be a blast!!

New Semester, People!!

Officially, we are going start our first class today.

Ok. It doesn't really feel like going back to school. But it reminds us about the same thing. We have to wake up, get off the bed and prepare ourselves for the classes. Though the bed is far more alluring than books during this kind of time, but "what to do... kan??" kind of words always pop up in our mind...

Nothing much to share actually. Am just sharing what I feel and thought. Hoping that this new semester will give us shine of hope and spirit to gain more and more knowledge, not merely to score for good results but also for His blessings. =)

Ok peeps!! These are the subjects that we ought to take this semester..

Organic Chemistry
Pharmaceutical Microbiology
Medical Biochemistry
Fundamentals of Pharmacology
Pharmaceutical Analysis
Bahasa Melayu
English for Academic Writing
Islam, Knowledge and Civilization (UNGS)

Don't get too overwhelmed, ok! We have and must study hard for this semester. Cover up our previous pointer and get better knowledge. =) Learn for the sake of Allah, insyaAllah. To all, best of luck for this semester.

Footnote: You have to 'kill' the subjects first, before they kill you then. (if you know what I mean..)

Holiday Nearly Ends??

Holiday nearly ends??

"Who says? We have another 3 days more la.. What are you talking nonsense now?!! Ruin my cuti mood already, you know!!"

#the above statement may have broken the law of English. haha

Anyway, it's true. Holiday nearly comes to the end. And the 'school time' approaches slowly (or is it fast..??!!). Whatever it is, all we have to do is PREPARE OURSELVES for this upcoming new semester. New subjects. Probably with new lecturers.

Oh yes! By the way, I would like to congratulate to all of you for your splendid results for Semester 1 final exam. Congrates to those who are on the Dean's List AND also congratulations to those who are not that really on the list (including me!!). hahha

I remembered my Biology 2 lecturer, Madam Shafiyyah Solehah, once said.,

"When you get a not-so-good results, remember! It's not the end of the world..."

And those words keep echoing in my head till now when such results came out. Anyway, the point is Yes! We may feel a little depress and sad for what we got in the result. But it's not forever. Make it as the kick start for you to realize the mistakes or the less-care-about-study that you have done before. Refresh. F5. ok..? =)

Ok. Back to the topic. As we are saying about the new semester, I just want to make sure that we have all what we need to come and to embrace this new semester.

1. Peace of mind
2. Preparation for study. (eg; books, stationary, latest games, etc..)
3. New handbags to be displayed in the audi
4. Forget about the 3rd one if you find it non-related and non-profitable to you and others
5. Bring in a good intention to play study more. Refresh niat. ok!!

Lastly, for those who will start journeying back to IIUM, I pray for your safe journey. May you arrive there safe and sound. Amiiiin..
