Remembering a blog

Assalamualaikum wbt..

Still remember aboutt this blog? Yes. This blog still exist my friends. It's just entered a dormant state for toooo long a time. The last post was on ICIP back in September last year.

Amazing, isn't it? How fast the time flies. Without realizing, we have reached the end of the first semester in our 3rd year of Pharmacy degree.

So, what have we learnt from this semester? Hectic life? Kehert life? Too much experiences to tell.

But what is sure enough for us up until now, we have survived this semester successfully. Alhamdulillah. *no matter what ever the results of our final exam will be*

I would like to apologize for not keeping the blog updated. Quite busy and l*zy. haha. I am thinking of recruiting a handful of our batch bloggers to contribute some of their stories to this awesome blog. Wish this blog can have more colors of words and stories from others as well.

I am sure some of us have long been home bounded since the last paper on Saturday (for those yang tak amek LS la kan..). And to those who still have their LS presentation today, I wish you best of luck. It's nothing to be afraid of.

To those who are planning to go home today or tomorrow, I pray for your safe journey. And those who are planning to go travelling somewhere, safe journey also. Bawak ole-ole sket. haaha.

We will be having our short holidays for only 3 weeks and InsyaAllah be back to UIA to resume new semester on 2nd February.

Oh yes. To those who will be going to USM for NPSC, best of luck. Play hard. Pray hard. Enjoy yourself there. =)

It's back-to-school time

Well. I could say it has been ages since my personal touch has ever filled this column of blog. Pretty many things happened around while we are having our bliss and blessed holiday. Hoped so.

So, how is your holiday? Pretty good, I guess.

With the remaining 3-4 days to the opening of the new semester, I reckon you guys might mind to spend every precious seconds with fellow friends and families. Yeah you sure do before you might ended up with piles of books and notes on your desk preparing for quizzes and exams.

To those who are enjoining our new brothers and sisters of Rx13, keep your spirit up and give them all those bunches of advice to be in our beloved Kulliyyah. Scare Encourage them.

To fellow new Rx13 members, welcome aboard. Fasten you seat belts tight enough. It's getting pretty fast here in the Kulliiyah. =) Pep talk. Sounded so, right?

Some tips before resuming to our miserable joyful mission of seeking knowledge:

1. You better get warm up a little bit. Read some encyclopedias, Campbell's biology books, wikis (most recommended, not for lecturers) or anything that will boost up your brain a bit

2. The above advice is optional, though.

3. Prepare all your belongings properly. You sure don't want ended up shopping at ECM looking for bed sheets and pillows at the eleventh hour.

4. Bring the purest and sincere hearts of yours. Seek forgiveness from parents and God, so that our path to seeking knowledge will be blessed and eased.

That's all, earthlings. Chin up. Holidays over. Classes approaching. Be prepared.

Mid-Sem Break

Bismillahirrahmnirrahim..

Oh finally we got a break. Nearly 2 months of classes and lectures flew very smoothly. Despite of having a very congested schedule, we still manage to get through this together. Alhamdulillah..

A bit review about the first half of the semester. We were introduced to various subjects with various levels of difficulties. Some are really really tough. Some needs days-and-nights memorization. Some needs our fullest attention to what the lecturers are talking about.

Few quizzes went well. Same went for the practicals. Interesting. Boring. Sleepy. Enthusiastic. Vary. What ever it is, it truly makes our days in this semester.

The last 15 minutes of the Dr Uttam's class today was a very tough time for us. Or maybe to me only. haha. The clock's ticking, so did our eyes. Counting for the very moment of starting of mid-sem break. And finally, we reached.

To those who are planning to get back home by today (and also for the next few days), some advices:

1. Drive and ride carefully. Remember notes your beloved who are waiting for you.
2. Plan your schedule.
3. Bring back notes with you.
4. Fill our spare times with beneficial activities
5. Ignore any of the above which are irrelevant. (Recommended : no. 3) lol

Anyway, holidays are coming and it is the right time for us to ponder what we have done. Maybe we are too busy to look upon our deeds. Purify ourselves. Come back to the Kulliyyah with purified heart and right intention. And of course, with full of ideas and knowledge to face quizzes when semester reopens.

Semester 1: THE END

Alhamdulillah. Praise be to Allah for His guidance for us to go through this semester smoothly.

Many things we learnt and many things that we do know now. And our utmost aim is gain more knowledge and practice it to better the ummah and our personal future. Exam has just finished (except for those who still have other paper..) and some of us will be going home in this immediate time. Some may go back home later, some may have other programmes. Whatever and whenever it is, make sure you have a very safe journey.

This is some advice from our batch leader, Bro Adli Mustaffha

Live up your holiday for benefits. Gain some soft skills during this holiday. It helps. Really. 'Ala kulli hal, happy holiday to all. Best of luck to students taking Nuclear Pharmacy tomorrow. =)

Oooo... Balik Kampung~~!!!

Alhamdulillah. With the end of the final exam paper this afternoon, we are now officially graduated from the first year study as a pharmacy student....

Alhamdulillah wa syukurillah. Again and always to Him.. InsyaAllah

Now, we have done our first year. And it's now the time for us to journey home back. Some were rushing back just after the first step out of the exam hall.. Some were waiting for parents to fetch, some were driving back home. Not to forget, some are left behind in respective dormitories waiting for the moment to go home. It does not matter as long as you want to go home. (ada yang taknak balik ke??)

One more think that all of us should bare in mind that, we must always place our own safety in the top priority. Neglecting it might cause you unintended incidents. So, drive and ride carefully, make sure that all your belongings are well-kept and secured.

Ok. Here are some suggestions that you might want to do during this 3 month-holiday..

1. Work. Earn some extra pockets for your future and current life. Do not always depend on your parents..
2. Gain weight knowledge.. Put some extra readings into your daily routine.
3. Help your parents. Regardless of being a bibik, or a part-time gardener, as long as you do something for them
4. Burn some notes and books calories. We need to maintain our health, right?
5. Study for the second year semesters..
6. Your may lodge a report or ignore the above suggestion if your find it offensive.. (recommended)
7. Enjoy your holiday..... =)

Too much of suggestions? Take it or leave it. LOL..

[CUTI SEMINGGU]

Assalamualaikum and Salam 1 Malaysia Aqidah.. hehe. How are you guys?? Good?? Good....!!!

Holidays have begun. The birds are chirping gaily. The car engine roars to start the long journey back. Mom and dad are waiting patiently for their children come home safe and sound.

-ayat novel tak jadi. Ini lah gamaknya-

Anyway, the holidays have just started and most of us have returned to our respective destination though some of us are yet to start their journey (ada je yang tak balik rumah kan...). Those who are going to start their journey:

1. Drive and ride safely
2. Take and adequate rest before journey back home

This one week holidays give us opportunity to meet up with parents and relatives, rest a little while from the 'chaotic' schedule of a pharmacy student. So, try to make use the time we have with all sorts of beneficial things. =)

Some suggestions for the holidays:

1. Help your parents with the house chores
2. Help yourselves with sleep rest and exercises
3. STUDY!! (tengah semester lagi ni, so still kene study...)
4. Like Dr Wan Azizi said to us, "Try to buka kitab2 ke, dalami ilmu2 agama..."
5. Play games
6. Slash the suggestion in 5 if you think that it is unnecessary

Semester 1, 2012/2013 Ends!!

Our second battle has finally ended. The blood and tears during the battle are well paid with our journey back home. The ending? Depends!! Some may feel that the OSPE and MCQs were happy epic ending, and some may feel otherwise.

Most of us have safely arrived at respective destinations and they are still few of us who waiting to go home. *yang lambat tu bwk2 bersabar la ye. Enjoy bandar Kuantan tu dulu*

"Hangpa suma ni kene blajaq leklok nah...!!" nasihat Dr Ridhwan

"Sharul, ko tau x update lagu SNSD yang baru..?" tanya Haikal
"Amboi.. Sempat lg tanya sambil2 tgk slide tu. Mestilah tau.." balas Sharul
"Depa ni x habis2 dgn SNSD tu.
Aku Running Man pun x khatam lg.. haish!!" monolog Afiq

"Ni konpem masuk OSPE ni.. Baik aku salin, pastu malam ni aku zombie jap.."

Little reminder for the 3-week holiday to share with all of you:

1. Avoid anything harmful (mercun, notes, violence) and inappropriate.

2. Fill your time with something beneficial. It helps you to kill times (this is in case you feel that time flies too slowly..)

3. You can start study for next semester's subjects

4. You may delete the item in clause '3' if you find it abusing your holiday (RECOMMENDED!!)

5. Get closer to Allah at all time.... Pray the best for yourself and others too

6. InsyaAllah, results for the first semester would be available in fortnight time

In all, Happy Holiday guys!! Make your holiday fruitful and beneficial...
