Rx11 Muhasabah Night

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

Alhamdullilllah.... Allah has always giving us the opportunity and the blessings for us to embrace the universality of Islam and we shall keep praying for Allah opens the door of the our hearts to immerse ourselves to indulge in the true meaning of Islam.

On the April 12th, Rx11 has organized a "MUHASABAH NIGHT" which aims to unite and together acknowledge the good and bad deeds of ours as a family. It started at around 8.30 pm at Musolla KOP. The session began with the speech from our batch leaders, Adli and Aini. (matching je nama.... haha)

Mokhsen: Dato' Muiz tau ke nak pasang benda ni..?
Dato' : Saya dulu mekanik sebelum jd wakil rakyat ni....
Razeen: Hebat dak Dato' kita ni... undilah beliau 5 Mei ni..

Syawal: Oit2!! Wechat jom!! Aku da install ni
Farid: Ala.. ko lmbt la. Kitorg sume da ber-karok kat dlm wechat tu ko baru nak ada.
Acap: Bio le die Farid... Tgh excited tu
Mirul: *tgh dgr wechat*

Aini : Hang tau ke pasang ni?? Sumpah weyh aku xtau apa benda pun
Emira: Lagu ni pasang dia.. aku blajaq ni pun time kelas la. baca balik manual benda ni

Adli: Ketaq weyh. xtau nak ckp ape....
Razeen: It's ok, it's ok.. aku backup.

"Jemaah2 sekalian, kat blakang surau ni saya ada buat jualan
Cloud9 yg kat bllakang audi tu"

"Hangpa pahni jangan nakai2 nah... kalau dak, kak aini cepuk kang"

Then, two 'letters' from brothers and sisters were read in front of all for us to together reflect what we have done wrong and what should continue to do. Read in the dim of light, all of us paid our fullest attention in order for the message to sink in. (mungkin ada yg menangis.... huhu)

Carilah saya di mana....

Nasi goreng je.. Allhamdullillah la...

"Mak, diorg kasi nasi goreng je.. huhu.. Nak ayam goreng, nak ayang goreng"

Helmi: Adik, meh abang Faci suap deh.. Nganga!! Aaaa....
Afiq: Aaaaa auuummm..., mmm.. sedapnya..

The night was continued with some conclusions made by Melati, Asyraf and Tasnim. It was indeed a very meaningful night for all of us to strengthen our family-bonding with the rest of our batch members.

I, personally, hope that the batch would remain calm and peaceful after the night. No 'terasa-terasa hati', ok!! huhu.. Take it positively everyone. Let us press F5 refresh our relationship with our friends. And make it for the sake of Allah.. Adios

Brothers' Rehlah at Sungai Lembing

Bismilllahirrahmanirrahim..

Today, 20++ brothers of the batch had journeyed to Sungai Lembing for a rehlah, lead by Aiman. =) After zuhur, we started our way with 7 cars. Quite fun actually to gather all around with our 'family members' and picnicking while mandi-manda a bit.

For this post, I don't want to write a lengthy one cause for definitely, you won't be reading this through right..?? haha... ok. Just a brief. The journey there took about 40 minutes by car, nice place, nice river, nice view, river-and-raining based picnicking. We mandi-manda, BBQ-ed, have fun, went home during maghrib.. =) That's all. Let's enjoy the photos.

Rx11 English Day

It's English Day!!!

Resulted from the batch mainboard's meeting in days before the semester break, the main board has agreed to 'decree' every Tuesday to be an 'Rx11 English Day'. So, affected from that, all of us, the members of Rx11 are required to speak in English for that whole day.

And for anyone who speaks exceeding 10 non-English words, the fine would be...

hahaha

For me, it's a good practice to enhance our English and communication skills particularly in English. =) And for that also, we can raise our Rx11 fund (for any occasion to be held)

"Can I pay a prepaid for speaking in Malay? Meaning, I pay the fine first, and then I speak in Malay. Ok or not...??"

Busy with preparation for quizzes and exams, we (or it's only me!!) don't even realize that we are now facing the 9th week of our study timeline for this semester...

#timereallyflies... And this time, it's damn so fast

We are about to undergo the second half of the semester, and I'm sure that it promises lot more suffers suffocating new things to learn and earn. Learning is not easy, yet it's interesting actually..

Anyhow, to those who are going to start their journey back to UIA tomorrow, I pray for your safe journey. Drive (if your are driving) carefully. Remember me your fellow beloveds. InsyaAllah, we'll meet there,,

[NoGAPS] : Battle of Universities Video

First of all, this is the link to a video, made by IIUM Pharmacy students to represent IIUM in Battle of Universities Video. This battle is for NoGAPS which will be held at USM this year.

Wedding of the Semester

Pharmily Day 2013

On March 9th, there held a very joyous and cheerful program conducted by the 11th batch (1st Year), named PHARMILY DAY 2013.

*I know it's a bit late to make some reviews on this, yet stay tuned ye!!*

Kampong Style

The program was held to gather the KOP family members, comprising undergraduates, postgraduates, lecturers and their family members. There were many exciting games held to live up the environment of Kampong, which was chosen as the theme of Pharmily Day this time around

The morning was enjoyed with the launching remarks by Assoc Prof Dr Haniki, together with the releasing of 4 pigeons as the symbol of freedom and traditional. Then, AEROBIC SESSION!!

"Kesah pulak saya!! Awak skor dulu kuiz saya. Baru saya rasa best!!" balas Dr Wan

The aerobic session was SUPERBLY done (with humors, of course) by the Physiotherapy students.

"Bangga aku dapat jd mentee of the day!!" kata Hayyie
"Kalau you nak tau.. nasib je ni diorg bagi!!" komen Dr Haniki

"Awak2!! Jangan sweet sgt kat public ni.. segan saya.. " kata Zul
"Aku bukan nak sweet2 ke ape.. aku nak ko rasa kelazatan mknn free ni.. haha" kata Nasruto

Later, the exciting games came along.. Pulling here and there, jumping back and forth, sumpit-ing.. hahah. Not to forget the booths as well... (thanks to those who are coming to our booths..)

"Aku ada Dr... Ko ada??!!"

The closing remarks was done by Madam Siti Halimah.. By that, Pharmily Day 2013 had ended..

There were so many bitter sweet memories left by Pharmily Day 2013. Laughter, perspire, tears (ada ke...??).. All in one!!

Lastly, we as the organizing committee of Pharmily Day 2013 would like to apologize to all for any shortcomings or inconveniences caused. We hope that we gave you the best memories ever on that day!! Thanks for coming ye!!
